President Tommy E. Remengesau Jr. had nominated Chief Compact Negotiator Rev. Billy Kuartei to serve as Minister of State.

The Office of the President is very pleased to announce that on Tuesday, July 17th, 2013 the Senate unanimously approved Reverend Billy Kuartei as the Minister of State.
