On the 3rd of September 2012 the members of the Belgian Consular Union (BCU), invited by their Dutch colleagues, were the guests of Port of Rotterdam. On the program was a visit to the phenomenal Maasvlakte 2 project.
The visit was the first consular presence of Palau in the Low Countries.
