Today I had the honor of being part of the Palau delegation that accompanied HE Surangel Whipps Jr., President of Palau during his visit to Belgium and to assist him in his meetings with HE Maxime Prévot, Minister of Foreign Affairs Belgium and HE Kaja Kallas, High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs.
